Day 1: Accomodation and dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Alassio - Albenga and the Olive Tree Museum
After breakfast, departure for Alassio. Walk through the famous ‘budello’, the characteristic shopping street in the historic centre! Alassio, one of Ernest Hemingway's favourite places, is the pearl of Liguria, a shopping destination renowned for its prestigious boutiques. Continue towards Albenga with a visit to the pedestrian area in the historic centre surrounded by medieval walls. Like a jewel box, historic towers and ancient ‘palaces’ stand side by side, bearing witness to the important history of recent centuries. Craft workshops, small boutiques selling typical products, hidden corners and picturesque alleys are just waiting to be discovered! Visit to the olive oil museum and small tasting of typical products with basil pesto sauce and olive, tomato and anchovy cream, accompanied by a small glass of wine.
Day 3: Cervo - Imperia
Excursion to one of the most characteristic areas of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, with its history, nature, scents and aromas. Discover the picturesque alleyways of the medieval centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio between the market and the cathedral. Enjoy the picturesque town of Cervo, overlooking the sea, among the shining silver olive groves and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Finally, a visit to one of the oldest olive oil producers, the Carli company, is on the agenda.

Day 4: Sanremo - Dolceacqua
A journey to discover the city of flowers and the Italian song festival, in the footsteps of the luxurious life of the Belle Epoque. You will have the opportunity to admire the historic Sanremo Casino, the Ariston Theatre, the "Sole" port with its fortress and to walk admiring some of the most beautiful villas and hotels in Europe, surrounded by subtropical vegetation. We then continue to the enchanting Dolceacqua, a beautiful town dominated by a medieval castle immortalized on canvas by the impressionist Claude Monet, after one of his explorations through the Mediterranean landscapes. Lunch at the Gajaudo winery, where a typical tasting of Ligurian cuisine will be served, accompanied by internationally appreciated wines, such as Rossese and Pigato.
