PIEDMONT

Day 1: arrival and accommodation in a 3 or 4 star hotel (at your convenience) in the Alba/Asti/Acqui Terme area.Dinner at the hotel or restaurant in the area.

 

Day 2:  Roero
After breakfast, departure for the enchanting Roero region. Visit to the characteristic village of Neive and to a winery in the Barbaresco area, where you will be invited to a wine tasting...Departure for Bra, city of saints and connoisseurs, founded by the Lombards, today famous for its cheeses, desserts and excellent wines (such as Arneis, Favorita, Nebbiolo and Roero). Dinner in hotel.

 

Day 3:  Langhe
Today you will travel among picturesque vineyards and castles in the Langhe area. Visit to the Barolo castle, now home to the regional wine shop. We then continue towards La Morra up to Grinzane Cavour, where a wine tasting awaits you in the Count's cellar or in another winery in the Langhe. Here you can taste the four most famous Piedmontese wines: Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo accompanied by homemade bread, salami and cheeses. Departure for Alba, city of truffles and one hundred towers. Dinner in hotel.
