Day 1: arrival and dinner in hotel.
Day 2: Langhe and Barolo
After breakfast, full day excursion through the Langhe to the Barolo area, with a fantastic panoramic journey through the hilly area where the "king of wines" comes from: Barolo. Tour of the historic center with its pretty alleys and the opportunity to visit the interactive wine museum, located in the Falletti Castle. Finally, a stop is planned at a renowned Barolo winery with a delicious wine tasting.
Day 3: Antibes - Saint Paul de Vence
After breakfast, full day trip to France on the French Riviera and the nearby hinterland. The completely intact and elegant old town of Antibes is beautifully located by the sea and has cultural sophistication to offer with the Picasso Museum in the former castle. Not far away is Saint Paul, where time seems to have stopped in the streets. The Provençal city has already seen many artists pass by such as Marc Chagall, Joan Mirò, Max Ernst, Henry Matisse and awaits you for relaxing walks.
Day 4: Nice - Villefranche
After breakfast, panoramic trip to the sophisticated French metropolis of Nice. First stop in the Cimiez neighborhood with its Roman remains, parks and the possibility of visiting the Matisse museum. Next, we proceed towards the heart of the city in the labyrinthine old town with its numerous boutiques, galleries and bistros, located at the foot of the castle hill and directly on the famous seafront “Promenade des Anglais” which awaits you for a stroll or simply to enjoy the sun on the famous “Bay of Angels”. The flower market, the Sainte Réparate cathedral and the former seat of the governor of Savoy are among the main attractions. In the afternoon we continue with the elegant city of Villefranche, a town in the county of Nice which once benefited from tax exemption and, thanks to its position, nestled on a bay and equipped with a historic center in which to get lost, offers the opportunity to embark on a completely relaxing journey.
Day 5: Return trip.
