Moneglia is characterised by a beautiful beach, a seaside promenade, a clean and tidy village, bell towers and the greenery that surrounds it. Perfect for families and child-friendly. The bars and restaurants that enliven the coastline in the evening offer the best of the local catch and culinary traditions. Like every Ligurian seaside village, Moneglia also has its medieval alleyway that cuts through the centre with Renaissance portals in carved slate and the two churches to the east and west of the village. The main street, once travelled by farmers, fishermen, merchants and pilgrims, is now the caruggio, Moneglia's living room, where it is pleasant to stroll after the beach, browsing and shopping in the shops that enliven the street.
