Loano, thanks to its new, spacious and welcoming marina and the fact that it is so lively all year round, shines brightly on the coast. In addition to the mild, dry climate ensured by its position in the gulf, it has a magnificent beach that stretches for over two kilometres. Numerous sanctuaries, churches and historic buildings dot the colourful old town, and Mount Carmo rises up in the nearby hinterland, connected by a network of trails to the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.
