The rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
The interested party, i.e. the subject to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form, and to obtain an indication of the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the data controller, data processors and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of processing. The data subject also has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Finally, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. To exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, requests should be sent by registered letter to the attention of the data controller, Ms Maria Giovanna Mamberto, at the following address: MAMBERTO SRL, Corso Europa 22, 17022 Borgio Verezzi (SV) or via certified email to mamberto.srl@pec.mamberto.com.
