Opened in May 2012, the village consists of three residential blocks arranged on different levels, which allows a 'sea view' from many of the flats. The structure is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful panoramic terraces, from which one can enjoy a splendid view of the Maddalena archipelago, Corsica or the typical Mediterranean maquis. The flats are arranged on different levels, following the conformity of the land. Spacious and elegantly furnished with fine finishes, equipped with crockery and cutlery, they overlook the gardens, the fragrant and lush surrounding hills and the splendid swimming pool with waterfall.They are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi, a kitchenette with fridge, flat-screen TV, and some have a balcony.

The centre of Baja Sardinia with its famous 'Piazzetta' is 4 km away; it is recommended  to have a car to get around more easily. The beach of Cala dei Ginepri is approximately 1.3 km away.

• Deposit: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be refunded by bank transfer (expenses to be paid by the customer).
• Tourist tax, if applicable.
• Final cleaning of the kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

• Sea view: front or side two-room apartment € 10,00 per day; four room apartment  € 25,00 per day
• Linen: extra bed linen € 20,00 per double set, € 10,00 per single set; extra towels € 10,00 per set (the Set includes a shower towel, a towel face and a guest towel);
• Tidyng up (kitchenette excluded): Two-room apartment € 40,00; Three-room apartment 6/6 VM € 50,00; four rooms apartment € 60,00.
• Beach towel  (rental): € 5,00 per change.
• Kit family (cot, bathtub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): € 8.00 per day.
• High chair / stroller: € 2,00 per day per piece.
• American Coffee Machine: € 2,00 per day.
• Cot (for children 0/2.99 years) on request: € 5,00 per day.
• Extra bed (on request): € 25,00 per day.
• Pets (to be book in advance): allowed (max 25 kg) except in common areas, € 30.00 for extra cleaning, for animals
