Residence Sant'Anna

The Sant'Anna residence offers ample space to enjoy at any time of day.
The apartments are comfortable and have a furnished balcony overlooking the sea in a relaxing and homely atmosphere. The sea and the centre can be reached on foot either via the municipal road or via a shortcut consisting of a series of steps. From June to September, only for the return journey, it is possible to use the free shuttle service that, with two trips per day at set times (one in the late morning and one in the late afternoon) connects the centre of Pietra Ligure and the beach to the residence.
The apartments are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating according to municipal regulations, microwave, wi-fi, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, balcony. The comfort apartments have dishwashers.

Situated at about 600 m from the historic centre of Pietra Ligure and from bars and shops, about 900 m from the sea. Pietra Ligure railway station about 1,2 km away. Pietra Ligure motorway exit at about 2,5 km.

• Outdoor swimming pool approximately 18 m x 8 m, with a section for non-swimmers (6 m x 5 m and 120 cm deep) is open from approximately 14/05 until the end of the season depending on weather conditions.

• Final cleaning if not made by the client € 30,00 per flat. Cleaning of the kitchenette must always be carried out by the client.
• Cot on request (not exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed) € 15,00 per week to be paid on the spot.  
• Garage on request, to be paid on the spot € 7,00/night.
• Beach from 25/6 to 25/8 on request, reservation and payment on the spot.
• Sunbeds by the pool, € 20,00 per week or € 5,00 per day.
• Pets allowed on request, only small pets and maximum one per apartment with direct payment of € 7,00 per day. NOT ALLOWED IN AUGUST.
