• Garage € 35,00 per week or € 5,00 per day, to be booked and paid on the spot.
• Laundry service € 8,00 per washing and € 8,00 for drying. 
• Possible soft housekeeping of the apartment (except for the kitchenette) on request, €15,00 on the spot. For stays starting from 2 weeks, 1 soft housekeeping is free of charge.
• At the departure the kitchenette must be always left cleaned by the clients.
