Residence Italia is located in a private park of 7,000 square metres, from where one can savour the scent of the breeze from the Ligurian Sea and the Apuan Alps rising majestically behind it, and feel the echoes of the ancient history of the Roman city of Luni and the soft hills of the same name from which Vermentino wine is born.
