Situated in a quiet, residential location, it consists of a main house and a small building with 4 apartments, surrounded by a large green park. The complex is partly renovated and has a reception with wi-fi area, a large garden and children's play area, and a swimming pool with sun loungers. Free shuttle bus to the sea and back.
Apartments have a Wc with bathub or shower, Tv Sat, Wi-fi, kitchenette, fridge, gas stove, microwave, heating, according to local laws, air conditioning. They can be located in annex.

Located approximately 1.200 m from the sea and the centre and 400 m from shops, bars and restaurants. The railway station is approximately 1,6 km away.

• Deposit € 100,00.
• Cot € 20,00 per week or € 5,00 per day, not exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed. 
• Complete linen with weekly change € 10,00 per person per change (alternatively it can be brought by customers).  
• Compulsory final cleaning € 50,00 inclusive of sanitation.

• Tourist tax to be paid on the spot, if foreseen.
