Residence Riviera Palace

The Residence is a modernly designed building, designed to provide maximum comfort in an elegant environment. Located in a quiet position but not far from the centre, it offers its guests the opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with entertainment and good food. It has 48 flats, including 2 for the disabled, which are completely soundproofed, and a reception desk available to provide guests with information and suggestions, 2 lift. The apartments have a bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, wi-fi, microwave upon request for a surcharge. The structure offers apartments sanitised with ozone-based detergents.

The residence is approximately 250 m from the centre and shops, 500 m from the sea and beaches.

• Check-in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is compulsory to notify the Residence in case of delay.

• Outdoor freshwater pool and children's pool open approximately from mid-April until the end of the season, (weather permitting) 9 m x 4 m. Including sun loungers and parasols, pool bar open approximately from Easter until end of season.
• Playground and children's playroom.
• Minigolf 100 m away with payment on the spot. 
• Golf corses at 25 km away, with payment on the spot.
• Tennis at about 1 km away, with payment on the spot.
• Sailing and diving center at about 600 m away, with payment on the spot.

• Consumption of gas, electricity, water.

• Deposit € 100,00 only cash.
• Laundry service € 6,00 per token.
• Final cleaning, is compulsory, € 50,00 per apartment, excluding kitchenette which is charged to guests.
• Microwave oven to be paid on the spot € 20,00 per week on request.
• Cot on request, € 50,00 per week to be paid on the spot, also possible as extra bed, including linen.
• Small size pets are allowed on request, maximum one per apartment, € 50,00 per week to be paid on the spot.
