Agriturismo Monteverde

The Agriturismo Monteverde, in Castelnuovo Magra, occupies three old Ligurian farmhouses that have been renovated respecting the local architectural tradition. On the 7-hectare property, in addition to the three farmhouses, there is a late 19th century villa where the owners permanently reside and another villa with two flats for rent. The 19th-century villa is surrounded by a park with a small vegetable garden of approximately six thousand metres. Vines, olive trees and fruit trees are cared for with passion and professionalism, to offer guests a naturalistic environment as a backdrop for the beautiful apartments. The property offers a garden, a sun terrace, a common area, and parking. Spacious indoor and outdoor areas are dedicated to guests, and all 20 flats are equipped with heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, kitchenette, fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, oven, equipped balcony.

Located in a privileged place for its naturalistic, archaeological and cultural resources, Monteverde extends over a hill of approximately seven hectares on the slopes of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The unique sea of the Cinque Terre, the greenery of Versilia and the Apuane Park frame the farm, which is 6 km from the coast.
Tennis courts and riding stables are outside the farm but easily reached in a few minutes. A bank, post office, pharmacy and basic necessities are in the immediate vicinity, as are well-known and popular restaurants serving traditional cuisine.
