Residence Vista Blu

The Vista Blu Resort, located on the slopes of Monte Carru, is a structure consisting of villas with access to a shared swimming pool. The Resort has an exclusive view of the bay of Capo Caccia and its spectacular sunsets. The villas, built with full respect for the environment, are set in a context of well-kept gardens and surrounded by characteristic Mediterranean scrub and centuries-old olive trees. Equipped with every comfort, they have their own solarium and their own barbecue, guaranteeing relaxation and pleasant family dinners. They are all located on the ground floor and have a sea view terrace.

The centre of the charming town of Alghero is only 3 km away and offers clubs, discos and typical restaurants. The lido of Alghero is 3.5 km away. The use of a car is therefore recommended.

  Attention: arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the structure to issue the KEY BOX code for the withdrawal of the key; in case of non-communication is not guaranteed the reception and may be required a supplement of € 50.00. For arrivals after 8 p.m. the client's telephone number is requested.

• Deposit € 200,00 per stay, to be paid on the spot.

• Compulsory charges (to be paid on the spot at check-in) apartment rate per day per person approximately from 03.06 to 15.09 € 7,00 adults; € 3,00 children 3/11 years, free of charge children 0/2 years. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen (bed linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights)
• Final cleaning: Villa 4/Villa 6 € 80,00; Villa 8 € 95,00. Kitchenette and rubbish disposal by the customer or extra charge of € 50,00.
  Extra bed linen € 20,00 per double set, € 10,00 per single set.
• Bathroom linen hire € 10,00 per set (the set includes a shower towel, a face towel and a guest towel)
  
• Cleaning (excluding kitchenette): Villa 4/Villa 6 € 50,00; Villa 8 € 60,.
• Beach towel (rental): € 5,00 per change.
• American coffee machine/kettle: € 2,00 per day per piece
• Family Kit (cot, baby bath, bottle warmer, pushchair, high chair): € 8,00 per day.
• Highchair and pram : € 2,00 per day per piece.
• Baby cot (for children 0/2 years old) on request: € 5,00 per day, free of charge if brought by the guest.
• Extra bed on request: € 15,00 per day.
