Hotel San Rocco

Hotel San Rocco is located in a magical and picturesque setting on the shores of Lake Orta. The history of Hotel San Rocco began more than 400 years ago when, on the shores of the magical Piedmontese Lake Orta, in the pedestrianised village of Orta San Giulio and bordered by the ancient walls of a monastery, this building, which had been a cloistered convent for almost 150 years, officially became a hotel in 1960 with 77 rooms on three floors. Villa Gippini, with 11 rooms, was later added to the original structure with 33 rooms, making Hotel San Rocco the most prestigious hotel complex in the Lake Orta area. The 2 buildings are connected. This hotel now has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and views of the enchanting Island of San Giulio, and the elegant restaurant offers regional and international cuisine and breathtaking views of the lake.
In good weather you can access and enjoy the view from the Wellness Roof Garden, located on the 4th floor. A bar, billiard table and a fully equipped conference centre are available. In its wellness centre, massages and treatments can be booked on request.
