Hotel Nordelaia

The Nordelaia Hotel was built in total respect of the farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, with the aim of respecting the historical elements of the building and creating harmony with nature and the local area. The suites, rooms and flats have a distinctive modern aesthetic and emphasise the historical pieces within the property. The wellness area set between the vaults of the building offers a splendid view of the Monferrato hills. The common areas celebrate local craftsmanship, each with its own identity and atmosphere. On the ground floor, the lobby and reception have direct access to the spa and 10 of the guest rooms are located in the farmhouse, in its elegant atmosphere. The entire gastronomic offer of Nordelaia focuses on local products to enhance the territory. It offers a Bistrot and a gastronomic restaurant. In addition, the hotel has a dedicated and customisable space ready to host private and corporate events.

  Nordelaia offers three culinary experiences for both hotel guests and visitors:

  • Ristorante L'Orto: offers a creative and innovative culinary experience. Vegetables, fish and seasonal flavours. Open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and for dinner from Thursday to Sunday from 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Bistrot:  a more informal experience of Piedmontese dishes, tradition and local stories. Open for lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and for dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.. Closed on Tuesdays.
  • Lounge Bar: the ideal place to enjoy a good aperitif, a drink and small snacks. Open every day from 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Tuesday lunchtimes from 12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
