The Stella Maris residence is a very central and comfortable structure, located directly on its private beach which is included, a stone's throw from the historic center and at the beginning of the promenade of Pietra Ligure, a charming Ligurian village by the sea, located in the Riviera di Ponente, between Finale Ligure and Loano, an ideal destination for those looking for a relaxing holiday between the sea, culture, and nature.
The beaches of Pietra Ligure are wide, sandy or with small pebbles, suitable for both families with children and those who love swimming or snorkeling and the highlight of this pretty town is its medieval historic center, with narrow alleys (the caruggi), cozy squares and pastel-colored houses, where you can walk without haste and enjoy an artisanal ice cream or dine outdoors in one of the trattorias that serve typical Ligurian dishes, such as focaccia, farinata and pesto.
The structure has a reception with living room, wi-fi area, lifts, laundry and ironing room.
The 40 apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with electric or gas stove, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, microwave, some with a direct or lateral sea view (with an extra charge), air conditioning.
