The Sant'Anna residence offers ample space to enjoy at any time of day.
The apartments are comfortable and have a furnished balcony overlooking the sea in a relaxing and homely atmosphere. The sea and the centre can be reached on foot either via the municipal road or via a shortcut consisting of a series of steps. From June to September, only for the return journey, it is possible to use the free shuttle service that, with two trips per day at set times (one in the late morning and one in the late afternoon) connects the centre of Pietra Ligure and the beach to the residence.
The apartments are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating according to municipal regulations, microwave, wi-fi, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, balcony. Apartments don't have kettle. The comfort apartments have dishwashers.

- Outdoor pool of approximately 18 m x 8 m, with non-swimmers' section (6 m x 5 m and 120 cm deep) is open from approximately 14/05 until the end of the season depending on weather conditions. SWIMMING CAP COMPULSORY.

The fee does not include
FOR SEASON 2025 AND 2026
- Tourist tax to be paid on the spot if foreseen.
- Final cleaning if not carried out by the client € 30,00 per apartment. Cleaning of the kitchenette must always be carried out by the client.
- Cot on request (not exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed) € 15,00 per week to be paid on the spot.
- Garage on request, payable locally € 7,00/night.
- Laundry, payment on the spot € 5,00 per token.
- Beach from 20/6 to 23/8 on request, reservation and payment on the spot upon availability.
- Extra sunbeds by the pool, € 20,00 per week or € 5,00 per day.
- Animals are allowed on request, only small pets and maximum one per apartment with direct payment of € 7,00 per day. ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED IN AUGUST.
