It is a 7-storey building with a lift, certified with the Clef Verte eco-label. It is a functional and clean property, ideal for those who want the comfort of a self-catering apartment with the services of a residence. Its location is its real selling point: close to everything, yet away from the direct noise of the seafront. The apartments are air-conditioned, and some have a balcony or terrace. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

• Baby kit: travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (for children aged 6 months and over) and high chair (for children aged 6 months and over). The kit is available for 40€/week or 30€ for a short stay of 1 to 6 nights.
• Animals, on request, € 12,00 per night (for stays of 1 to 6 nights); € 75,00 per week, excluding categories 1 and 2, such as Pitbulls, Mastiff, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu and similar.
