The fee does not include

- Baby kit: travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (for children aged 6 months and over) and high chair (for children aged 6 months and over). The kit is available for € 40,00/week or € 30,00 for a short stay of 1 to 6 nights.
- Animals, on request, € 12,00 per night (for stays of 1 to 6 nights); € 75,00 per week, excluding categories 1 and 2, such as Pitbulls, Mastiff, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu and similar.
- Early check-in from 12 noon charge applies from € 50,00. Subject to availability.
