The Olivotti Residence is located in a central position, surrounded by greenery with an outdoor swimming pool, and is managed by the Olivotti family who, with consolidated and continuous experience, welcome guests in a family environment that is always carefully looked after.
The Residence is particularly suitable for family tourism with children, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the Promenade delle Palme. It is composed of flats of various types, air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. It has an agreement with a bathing establishment just a few steps away.
It has a room for mountain bikers where they can store their bicycles, a convenience for guests who, taking advantage of a pleasant seaside stay, also want to enjoy the beautiful trails that the Finale area offers to fans of this sport.
The apartments have LCD TVs, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, microwave, fridge, and hairdryer.
