Residence Loano 2 Village

Located in the residential area of Loano, in the heart of the Riviera di Ponente, immersed in the greenery of gardens and flowered paths, 1800 m from the sea and the centre, it is one of the most welcoming and well-equipped facilities in Liguria. Comfortable and with areas reserved for children, it has 3 outdoor swimming pools and a large solarium equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas for those who want to relax under the sun. The village's excellent restaurants offer Ligurian cuisine and specialities of regional Italian and international cuisine. Guests can relax on the tennis, five-a-side football and beach volleyball courts. A convenient free shuttle bus connects it to the centre of Loano.
The club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children is included in the price.

Sports activities possible inside the resort:

• Inside the resort payments are required exclusively by using a "Loano 2 Card" which can be purchased and recharged at reception. No cash is accepted.
  For safety and organisational reasons, guests are requested to wear the "Loano2 Village" identification bracelet throughout their stay.
• Pool open approximately from June until the end of October. Guests can enjoy a semi-Olympic pool, a pool with a children's area, an undulating infinity pool with waterfalls, and a jacuzzi for 10 persons; from October, at the management's discretion, one pool is partially covered.
• Daytime tennis court according to availability, free of charge.
• Daytime five-a-side football pitc according to availability, free of charge.
• Daytime Beach volley court according to availability, free of charge.
• Bicycles according to availability, free of charge, deposit required.
• Free, adjacent, unattended public car park, according to availability.

• Baby cot, on request within the maximum occupancy, 0/3 years with supplement € 40,00/week to be payd on the spot.
• Garage on request at time of booking, payable on the spot € 10,00/night (deposit € 30,00 per electronic key also required).
• Baby kit  0-3 anni, on request in the maximum number of persons admitted; includes cot with linen, bottle warmer, high chair, baby bath and changing mat: € 60,00 per week with payment on the spot.
• Kitchenette cleaning, if not done by the client, € 40,00 to be paid on the spot.
• Token-operated laundry.
• Extra sunbed at the solarium for hire and payable on the spot € 8,00 per day; 2 extra sunbeds + beach umbrella € 30,00 per day June-September; € 35,00 per day July and € 45,00 for August.
• Pool towel € 4,00 per change, deposit € 10,00.
• Comfort service: € 60,00 per week per flat for the 4-person 2-room flat type, which includes tidying up and complete change of linen mid-week (excluding kitchenette + dishes).
• Comfort Plus service: € 180,00 per week per apartment for the two-room flat type for 4 persons which includes daily tidying up (excluding kitchenette + dishes) and complete linen change 3 times a week.
• Package 7 breakfast buffet: € 112,00 x adult, € 56, for children 3/8 years old.
• Package 7 buffet meals (lunch or dinner), water and wine included: € 224,00 per adult, € 112,00 per child 3/11 years old 
• Single meal: breakfast € 18,00 x adult, for lunch € 35,00 and for dinner € 35,00. Children 3/11 years: breakfast € 10,00, lunch € 20,00, dinner € 20,00 in agreement with the management.

The Village requires the payment of some deposits on the  spot:

• € 30,00 for the air conditioning remote control.
• € 30,00 for the electronic garage key.
• € 10,00 per rented pool towel and bicycle deposit. 

 Deposits will be returned on departure by presenting the invoice for their payment.
