San Teodoro is a renowned tourist destination, both for its beautiful beaches and for the intense nightlife that enlivens the town during the tourist months. The Residence is located very close to the centre of this beautiful town and guarantees tranquillity for those who wish to enjoy the relaxation of a quiet structure, but also convenience for all those who do not wish to move their car in the evening to enjoy the nightlife that the town offers. For nature lovers, not far away is the Tavolara marine protected area and the San Teodoro lagoon, a resting place for pink flamingos and an ideal place for walks and birdwatching. The apartments are furnished in a simple and functional manner. They can be on the ground floor with an equipped garden or on the first floor with an equipped balcony.

The centre of San Teodoro with its restaurants, clubs, discos and pubs is approximately 500 m away. The famous Spiaggia della Cinta beach is approximately 2.5 km away.

• Cleaning of the apartment, excluding the kitchenette, € 40.00 for 3-room apartments for 4 persons, € 50,00 for 3-room apartements for 5/6 persons.
