The residence is just a few steps from Lake Maggiore, the ideal place to regenerate yourself with simple nature walks or trekking. A magical place where, in the relaxing tranquillity of nature, you can enjoy breakfast by the lake on the terrace of the Risto Bar, or enjoy good Italian wine and simple, tasty dishes, as well as comfortably explore the wonders of the lake from the nearby jetty on board one of the rented boats. The residence offers guests reception, lake-view restaurant, bar, breakfast room, sun terrace, parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning or air conditioner according to availabili. The residence has flats (studios renewed) and double rooms with lake view, in a cosy and family atmosphere, with bathroom with bathtub or shower, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, heating with payment, air conditioning on request with payment, telephone and wi-fi. Fridge and freezer, microwave, electric hotplates.

The residence is located on the lake, approximately 800 m from the centre of the village with its shops and bars, approximately 15 km from the station.
