The Carl & Do Residence, located close to the city centre and not far from the main tourist attractions of Lake Maggiore, offers the same high quality professional and elegant service as the other facilities of the Zacchera Hotels group. It is the ideal facility for a peaceful and cheerful lake stay and offers various types of accommodation suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. It also offers its guests a wide range of activities to enjoy by the lake and provides functional flats, roof-garden and solarium with views of the lake and the Alps, laundry and covered parking. A playroom is available for the little ones. The hotel has a reception, lounge, TV room, lifts, solarium, car park and garage, wi-fi with 1 giga per day free of charge. Air conditioning is available approximately from 15/06 to 25/08. The flats have a bathroom with bathtub or shower, direct telephone, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, wi-fi, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

• For cancellations made from the 6th to the 4th day before arrival, a 50% penalty applies.
