The structure has a swimming pool with hydromassage and offers an educational farm, as well as tasty tastings of local products. For customers who want to take walks in the surrounding area or reach the sea, it is possible to rent electric bicycles.
The elegantly furnished rooms have a double bed, private bathroom and terrace with sea view or hill view. Equipped with minibar, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer and wi-fi.

The Farmhouse is located in Località Trevo, about 2.1 km from the historic centre of Spotorno, on a hill at about 350m above sea level. It takes about 5–7 minutes by car to reach the heart of Spotorno and the seafront.
